- The institute sends email blasts and printed mailings to everyone on the Halsey mailing list to inform and keep its members updated on all things Halsey.
- The organization takes advantage of its College of Charleston partnership and uses the student, faculty, and staff email database to send out information about upcoming events and opportunities regarding the Halsey.
- The Halsey produces yearly rack card, semester brochures, exhibition invitations, and posters and distributes them all around campus and local hotspots like Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer, Caviar and Bananas, Fresh Berry, etc.
- Annoucements and alerts about the Halsey are sent out to social media users via the organizations Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Flickr.
- Part of the budget is allotted for features in publications like Art Mag, Post and Courier, and Charleston City Paper.
The Halsey has multiple membership levels ranging from $15 to $5,000+
Each year the Halsey offers a new set of limited edition prints available exclusively to Patron members. Price of prints begin at the POSTMODERNIST level $350.
