Fundraising Goals
Goal: Raise a total earned income of $2,600 in revenue.
Objectives: Raise the $2,600 from our event: Wait Til You See This; A Night with Garet Bullard.
Strategies:
- Produce and sell merchandise (T-shirts, prints, zines, etc.) at event
- Auction-off the painting created at event by featured artist for profit
- Sell tickets to raffle that will occur at event
Goal: Raise $2,000 for an iMac for our gallery.
Objectives: Raise the $2,000 from board member of the Gibbs Museum Robert Clement.
Strategies:
- Invite Robert to private tour of the Coalition Gallery
- Invite Robert to dinner and inform and entice him about Coalitions future goals and plans and get input
- Write letter thanking him for his continued interest in Coalition and the arts. Ask for donation of $2,000 for iMac

Lower-level Gifts
- Send direct mail appeal letters to everyone in our database including Karen Chandler and Anita Zucker in May 2015 for $100 each.
- Edith Howle is giving us $50 for Square Card Reader and membership to make merchandise transactions.
Major Gifts
- 12'x16' stage (this wouldnormally costs around $800 to rent)
- $2,000 for an iMac for our gallery to research new artists as well as class check-in
Grants
- Coastal Community Foundation - Open Grant, $5,000-10,000
- CCF - Blackbaud Fund, $5,000-10,000 for education
- CCF - Darby Family Foundation, for education
- CCF - Expansion Art Fund, $5,000 every two years for arts groups
Funding From Earned Income Strategies
$2,600 from live painting auction, raffle, and merchandise sales including coalition t-shirts, disposable dreams t-shirts, prints, and zines.
