- A radio feature with 101.7 WAVF with a sample of the music that will be played at the event
- An excerpt in Art Mag
- Press Release sent to local newspapers about our event and educational opportunities

- Send invitations to our members to remind them about the event
- Word of mouth
- Facebook posts with time of the event, admission pricing, and blurbs about Garet and Cole

- Posters will be hung around town at local businesses and we will have flyers handed out with info about our event.
S.W.O.T. Analysis:
- Strengths - Our event is unique and it is being held in our own building
- Weaknesses - Since admission is free, we have to make money from donations, auctions, merchandise and memberships in order to fund more events and support the operations of our building
- Opportunities - to help out artists, to get free publicity through word of mouth from our artists and our patrons
- Threats - Our marketing budget is very minimal
Marketing Budget: $250
